Design of a Power Battery Temperature Monitoring System Based on Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement

摘要: 为了验证光纤测温原理用于新能源汽车动力电池温度检测的可行性,文章首先分析了 分布式光纤测温的原理,然后设计了以 AT89S52 为核心,由主控芯片、模数转换模块、温显 报警模块、脉宽调制模块、电源模块、半导体激光器和传感光纤组成的分布式光纤动力电池 测温系统。经计算,脉冲宽度和空间分辨率符合测量要求。最后通过编制相应的程序,搭建 仿真环境,对温度的实时显示、声光报警、脉冲宽度调制等功能进行仿真测试,达到了预期 效果。光纤测温技术在动力电池温度监测上的成功应用可在一定程度上实现更早、更准的故 障定位,以降低安全隐患。

Abstract: In order to verify the feasibility that the principle of optical fiber temperature measurement can be used for temperature detection of new energy vehicle power battery, this article first analyzes the principle of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement, and then designs a distributed optical fiber power battery temperature measurement system with AT89S52 as the core, which is composed of main control chip, analog-to-digital conversion module, temperature display and alarm module, pulse width modulation module, power supply module, semiconductor laser and sensing fiber. After calculation, the pulse width and spatial resolution meet the measurement requirements. Finally, the expected effect has been achieved by compiling the corresponding program, building the simulation environment, and performing simulation tests on functions such as real-time temperature display, sound and light alarm, pulse width modulation, etc. The success-ful application of optical fiber temperature measurement technology in power battery temperature monitoring can achieve earlier and more accurately positioning the fault location to a certain extent, so as to reduce potential safety hazards.
