摘要: 汽车行驶在公路上会排放大量的冷凝水,既浪费水资源又污染环境,如何合理使用汽 车冷凝水,减少浪费和污染是文章重点研究的内容。论文通过研究设计一种汽车冷凝水转换 利用装置,将汽车空调开启时空调蒸发器与外界进行冷热交换产生的冷凝水,通过接水盘和 收水管全部或部分回收至储水器中,由水泵输送到玻璃水箱存储。因冷凝水会有一定的腐蚀 作用和细菌污染物,存储在玻璃水箱的冷凝水需要进行一定处理后才能作为汽车玻璃水使用, 实现废水的回收利用。该汽车冷凝水转换利用装置具有结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便的特 点,且适用范围广,适用于各类汽车,有着广阔的市场前景和经济效益。

Abstract: Automobile will discharge a large amount of condensed water on the road, which wastes water resources and pollutes the environment. How to rationally use auto condensed water and reduce waste and pollution is the focus of this paper. In this paper, a kind of automobile condensate water conversion and utilization device is designed. When the automobile air conditioner is turned on, the condensate water produced by the air conditioner evaporator and the outside world for cold and heat exchange is fully or partially recycled to the water storage device through the water tray and the water collection pipe, and then transported to the glass water tank for storage by the water pump. Because condensed water will have certain corrosion and bacterial pollutants, the condensed water stored in the glass tank needs to be treated before it can be used as automobile glass water, so as to realize the recycling of waste water. The automobile condensate conversion and utilization device has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, convenient use, and a wide range of application, suitable for all kinds of automobile, which has broad market prospects and economic benefits.
