Abstract: To fight against abnormal climate change and improve environment friendly development, the new energy vehicles enter a new stage of rapid growth in China. As an important direction of new energy vehicle, fuel cell vehicle is strongly supported by national and local government. Fuel cell stack is one of the core components of fuel cell vehicle, whose environmental adaptability will significantly influence the performance of the vehicle. Therefore, the environmental adaptability test of fuel cell stack is essential for product development. However, currently there is no national standard for the environmental adaptability test of fuel cell stack. This paper studies the environmental adaptability test of fuel cell stack based on its working environment conditions and application scenarios, and puts forward the design concept of the environmental adaptability test method of fuel cell stack, so as to provide some reference for the industry to arrange the environmental adaptability test plan of fuel cell stack.
