四轮独立驱动电动汽车电动轮影响研究

摘要: 为了分析轮毂电机驱动电动汽车簧下质量变大导致的垂向振动负效应问题,根据自主研发 可以四轮独立驱动的轮毂电机电动汽车,建立集中电机和轮毂电机驱动汽车的 1/4 动力学模型,在 相同路面输入下,对汽车平顺性评价指标进行对比分析,说明轮毂电机驱动下电动轮结构对车辆 垂向性能的影响。研究结果证明,轮毂电机驱动汽车的车身垂向加速度和轮胎动载荷都有所增加, 这种变化将对车辆的行驶平顺性造成一定程度的恶化。

Abstract: In order to analyze the negative effects of vertical vibration caused by the increase in the mass of unsuspended springs of electric vehicles driven by hub motors, according to the self-developed four-wheel independently-driven hub motor electric vehicle, the 1/4 dynamics of the centralized motor and the in-wheel motor-driven vehicle are established, under the same road input, compare and analyze the car ride comfort evaluation index, and illustrates the influence of the electric wheel structure on the vertical performance of the vehicle driven by the in-wheel motor. The results show that the body vertical acceleration and tire dynamic load of the in-wheel electric vehicle have increased, and this change will cause a certain degree of deterioration in the driving comfort of the vehicle.
