直喷发动机喷油器深入缸内长度对 CVO 功能影响的分析

摘要: EU6b 开始对直喷式(GDI)汽油机的颗粒物排放数量(PN)进行限制,采用全生成电 磁阀控制功能(CVO),实现对喷油器非线性区间的精确控制是一个有效降低颗粒物的手段。 通过对某客户售后市场喷油器 CVO 故障调查,得出以下结论:喷油器深入缸内过长、喷油器 阀座温度过高,会产生积聚在密封面的大量积碳颗粒,影响喷油器的非线性区域开启响应, 最终影响 CVO 功能。研究结果为 GDI 喷嘴内部积碳形成过程提供了一种新的解释,也阐明 了影响 CVO 功能的一个原因。

Abstract: EU6b begins to limit the number of particulate (PN) emissions of gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine, fuel injection controlled valve operation (CVO) function can solve this problem and realize the precise multiple injection in ballistic area. Investigate the field injector CVO complaint. The injector is too long deep into the cylinder, and the valve seat temperature of the injector is higher, generate carbon deposition for the residual fuel in the valve sealing surface, will affect the opening response and the CVO function. The results of this study provide a new explanation for carbon deposition in GDI, and also illustrate a reason that affects the CVO function.
