摘要: 在新一代科技革命与产业变革推动下,数字化转型成为时代发展的必然要求,在未来 很长一段时间内将是汽车行业转型发展的主旋律,为中国由汽车大国迈向汽车强国提供了难 得的历史机遇。文章基于数字经济时代背景下汽车数字化转型的发展形势,利用 PEST 分析 方法分别从政治环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境四个方面分析了汽车行业数字化转型 发展的宏观环境,探究了汽车企业数字化转型的原因与必要性,并从把握转型先机、完善经 营模式、引进先进技术、确保产品质量、坚持环保理念等五方面提出了汽车企业数字化转型 的对策建议,为中国汽车企业数字化转型决策及相关政策制定提供有价值的参考依据。

Abstract: Driven by the new generation of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, digital transformation has become an inevitable requirement of the development of the times, and will be the main theme of the transformation and development of the automobile industry for a long time in the future, providing a rare historical opportunity for China to become an automobile power from a big country. Based on the development situation of automobile digital transformation under the background of digital economy era, this paper analyzes the macro environment of automobile industry digital transformation and development from four aspects of political environment, economic environment, social environment and technical environment by using PEST analysis method, and explores the reasons and necessity of automobile enterprise digital transformation. The countermeasures and suggestions for digital transformation of automobile enterprises are put forward from five aspects: seizing the opportunity of transformation, perfecting the business model, introducing advanced technology, ensuring product quality and adhering to the concept of environmental protection, which provide valuable reference for the decision-making and relevant policy making of digital transformation of automobile enterprises in China.
