摘要: 以某型商用车驾驶室悬置系统的隔振特性为研究对象,研究商用车整车路谱振动信号 的盲源分离方法,识别驾驶室在各种路况和车速下的激励振源特征信息,结合对驾驶室悬置 系统的振动模态分析,探明振源激励与驾驶室悬置系统各阶模态之间的响应规律以及驾驶室 悬置系统的隔振特性,为悬置系统的参数优化和座椅的改进提供理论依据。通过 ADAMS 软 件建立驾驶室悬置系统模型和整车多体动力学模型,进行整车环境下的驾驶室振动响应和悬 置系统隔振特性动力学仿真,优化匹配悬置系统的技术参数,获得驾驶室悬置系统的最佳隔 振技术参数。

Abstract: Taking the vibration isolation characteristics of the cab mounting system of a commercial vehicle as the research object, this paper studied the blind source separation method of the road spectrum vibration signal of the whole commercial vehicle, identified the excitation vibration source characteristic information of the cab under various road conditions and vehicle speeds, and combined the vibration mode analysis of the cab mounting system. The response law between the vibration source excitation and each mode of the cab mounting system and the vibration isolation characteristics of the cab mounting system were proved, which provided a theoretical basis for the parameter optimization of the mounting system and the improvement of the seat. The cab mounting system model and the vehicle multi-body dynamics model were established through ADAMS software. The cab vibration response and the vibration isolation characteristics of the mounting system under the vehicle environment were simulated. The technical parameters of the mounting system were optimized and matched, and the best vibration isolation technical parameters of the cab mounting system were obtained.
