摘要: 在汽车底盘的研发过程中,减振器的性能对整车舒适性和平顺性等有着非常重要的影响。 为了解如何通过路试数据的采集来获取减振器振动速度,使减振器的调试得到一个有效的指导方 向,从而更好地掌握减振器的调试方法,文章特以国内某款车型的减振器调试为例进行研究,并 基于 MATLAB/GUI,为减振器节流阀片的选取开发了一项图形用户界面工具,使用户能够更快速、 高效的选取节流阀片,提高工作效率,也为减振器的调试提供了新的参考方法。

关键词: 减振器;数据采集;振动速度;MATLAB/GUI

Abstract: In the research and development process of automobile chassis, the performance of shock absorber has a very important influence on the vehicle comfort and ride comfort. In order to understand how to obtain the vibration velocity of shock absorber through the collection of road test data, so that the debugging of shock absorber can get an effective direction, so as to better master the debugging method of shock absorber, the shock absorber debugging of a domestic model is studied as an example, and based on MATLAB/GUI, a graphical user interface tool is developed for the selection of shock absorber throttle plate. Users can more quickly and efficiently select throttle plate, improve work efficiency, but also provides a new reference method for shock absorber debugging.
