摘要: 为了研究全球轻型汽车统一测试循环(WLTC)工况下能耗损失,根据能量流理论计算 公式,分析整车能耗分布,并建立基于 Amesim 仿真模型,从发动机、变速器、换挡策略等 多个影响因素出发,提出优化改进方案。通过仿真模型对优化方案进行模拟评估,为实车改 制提供理论支撑,减少验证弯路同时高效达到传统车降油耗的目的(节油量预估为 10%),为 传统车节能降耗提供一种可靠的理论方法和依据。

Abstract: In order to study the energy consumption under world light-car testing cycle (WLTC) condition, according to the formula of energy flow theory, the distribution of energy consumption of the vehicle was analyzed, and the simulation model based on the Amesim was set up. Based on multiple influencing factors such as engine, transmission and shifting strategy, the optimization and improvement program was put forward. The optimization scheme was simulated and evaluated through the simulation model, which provided theoretical support for the real vehicle transformation, reduced the verification detours and efficiently achieved the purpose of reducing the fuel consumption of traditional vehicles (the fuel saving was estimated to be 10%), so as to provide a reliable theoretical method and basis for energy saving and consumption reduction of traditional vehicles.
