摘要: 文章以 Pro/E 作为建模平台,以有限元分析软件 Midas NFX 作为分析平台,对无轨胶 轮车钢板弹簧进行建模和有限元分析,研究钢板弹簧在无轨胶轮车上使用的刚度特性。通过 对板簧簧片间设置一般接触和滑动接触关系,并进行非线性大变形有限元分析,得到板簧刚 度计算结果,对比试验结果验证有限元分析有效性,为钢板弹簧在矿用无轨胶轮车上的应用 提供了数据依据。

Abstract: This paper takes Pro/E as the modeling platform and Midas NFX as the analysis platform, modeling and finite element analysis of the leaf spring of trackless rubber wheeled vehicle, the stiff character of leaf spring used on the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle has been carried. We set contact relationship of the spring leaves as general and sliding contact in the nonlinear large deformation analysis. The contrast between the analysis result and experiment result has been carried and the validity of the finite element analysis is verified. The analysis result can provide the data foundation for application of spring leaves in the mine trackless rubber-tyred vehicle.
