汽车机械式爆胎应急安全装置工作原理探析

摘要: 针对汽车爆胎的危险性与真实爆胎事故的不可重复性,文章通过建立爆胎附加横摆力 矩模型,结合轮胎与爆胎应急安全装置内部组成结构、爆胎道路事故及相关试验进行分析。 结果表明,爆胎后车辆附加横摆力矩会大幅增加,影响车辆操稳性,但是这种增量并没有相 应大幅体现在转向盘上。驾驶员和具有机械式爆胎应急安全装置的车辆作为一个控制回路, 在爆胎发生时,对驾驶员要求不高地控制了车辆,实现了爆胎时的应急安全。

Abstract: In view of the risk of automobile tire blowout and the non-repeatability of real tire blowout accidents, this paper established the additional yaw moment model of the tire blowout, and analyzed it in combination with the internal composition structure of tire and tire blowout emergency safety device, tire blowout road accident and relevant tests. The results show that the additional yaw moment of the vehicle will increase greatly after the tire blowout, which will affect the vehicle handling stability, but this increase is not reflected in the steering wheel. As a control loop, the driver and the vehicle with mechanical tire blowout emergency safety device control the vehicle with low requirements for the driver in case of tire blowout, so as to realize the emergency safety in case of tire blowout.
