摘要: 此次研究针对巴哈大赛赛车车架进行了分析和设计,首先在设计过程中运用了 CATIA 软件进行三维建模,同时采用了有限元方法,针对在巴哈大赛上的各种情况,设计了不同的 工况进行测试分析,探讨车架应力以及形变的情况,分析产生影响的因素,验证车架在负载 以及性能等方面是否可以满足赛车的基本要求。针对大赛当中的要求,使用 ANSYS 软件对 车架进行弯曲强度分析、弯扭强度分析、侧向加速度分析以及纵向加速度分析,模拟仿真巴 哈赛车在大赛途中有可能产生的形变以及应力分布的情况。通过计算和分析以及通过对比优 化前后赛车车架数据的变化,得到一个设计结构更加紧凑合理,性能稳定,可靠性较高且满足 赛事要求的车架,证明了此优化方案的可行性,为巴哈赛车车架的优化设计提供了一种思路。

Abstract: In this study, this paper analyzed and designed the frame of the Baja race car. Firstly, we used CATIA software for 3D modeling and finite element method, and designed different working conditions for various conditions in the Baja race to test and analyze the stress and deformation of the frame, analyze the factors that affect the frame, and verify whether the frame can meet the load and performance requirements. The frame is designed to meet the basic requirements of the race car. To meet the requirements of the competition, ANSYS software was used to simulate the possible deformation and stress distribution of the Baja car on the way to the competition by performing bending strength analysis, torsional strength analysis, lateral acceleration analysis and longitudinal acceleration analysis. Through the calculation and analysis, and by comparing the changes of the frame data before and after the optimization, a frame with more compact and reasonable design, stable performance, high reliability and meeting the requirements of the competition is obtained,which proves the feasibility of this optimization scheme and provides an idea for the optimization design of the Baja car frame.
