汽车白车身检具应用概况及优化应用

摘要: 在汽车制造业的质量控制中,汽车白车身检具在汽车尺寸精度的控制中起着重要作用。 文章讨论汽车白车身检具制造技术的现状,就检具的设计及制造策略提出一些改善建议及方 案,提升检测效率及检测准确性。提出汽车检具设计制造策略,根据冲压件及分总成的分工 路线以及装配需求,简化检具结构设计,降低检具的制造成本,同时提升检测效率及检测有 效性;认为检具制造商应了解主机厂检具实际应用情况,从检测实际需求出发,考虑人机工 程提搞检测效率;检具制造工艺为实际应用考虑,提高对材料特性认识,合理设计检具结构, 避免受材料、结构、环境等因素影响而产生检具精度偏倚。通过检具设计方案优化,提高测 量数据采集的便利性及准确性,减少测量读数误差。

Abstract: In the quality control of the automobile manufacturing industry, body in white (BIW) checking fixture plays an important role in the control of automobile dimensional accuracy. This paper discusses the current status of BIW checking fixture manufacturing technology, puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the design and manufacture of BIW checking fixture, to improve, detection efficiency and accuracy. BIW checking fixture design and manufacturing strategy is proposed, according to the sub assembly route and assembly requirements of sub-assemblies, to simplify checking fixture structure, reduce checking fixture manufacturing cost, and improve detection efficiency and effectiveness. The manufacturer of checking fixture should understand the actual application of checking fixture/gage in the factory, and consider the humanmachine engineering to improve the inspection efficiency. The manufacturing process of the checking fixture is considered for practical application, so as to improve the understanding of material characteristics, reasonably design the structure of the the checking fixture, and avoid the accuracy bias of the checking fixture due to the influence of material, structure, environment and other factors. Through the optimization of the design scheme of the checking fixture, the convenience and accuracy of the measurement data collection are improved, and the measurement reading error is reduced.
