某车型空气弹簧刚度特性及影响因素仿真分析

Simulation Analysis of Stiffness Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Air Spring on a Certain Vehicle

摘要: 以某车型空气弹簧作为研究对象,介绍了膜式空气弹簧的刚度特性,基于有限元分析 理论,建立空气弹簧有限元分析方法,其中,以 Mooney 模型模拟橡胶材料,Rebar 模型模拟 帘线层,分析影响空气弹簧刚度的主要因素。结果表明,空气弹簧容积增大引起刚度减小, 初始压力增大引起刚度增大,胶囊帘线角度增大引起刚度增大,活塞形状体积增大引起刚度 增大,其中,空气弹簧容积和初始压力对刚度影响较大。

Abstract: With a certain model of air spring as the research object, the stiffness characteristics of the membrane air spring are introduced. Based on nonlinear finite element analysis theory the finite element analysis method of air spring is the main factors affecting the stiffness of air spring are analyze, in which Mooney model is used to simulate rubber material and Rebar model is used to simulate cord layer. The results show that increasing the air spring volume leads to the reduction of stiffness, the stiffness increases with the increase of initial pressure, the stiffness increases with the increase of the angle of the capsule cord, the stiffness increases with the increase of piston shape and volume. The volume and initial pressure of air spring have more influence on the stiffness.
