摘要: 空气滤清器支架作为汽车进气系统中的重要零部件,对空气滤清器支架 3 种极限工况 进行了静力学分析,找出现有结构的不足。提出两种优化方案,分析后仍不满足强度要求。 采用拓扑优化方法对其结构进行优化改进和多工况静力学分析,通过分析结果对比,其强度 和刚度性能显著提升,得出了最佳空气滤清器支架技术方案,为后期空气滤清器支架设计提 供了重要参考。

Abstract: As an important part of the automobile intake system, the statics analysis of the air filter bracket under three extreme working conditions is carried out, and the deficiencies of the existing structure are found out. Two optimization schemes are put forward, but they still do not meet the strength requirements after analysis. Topology optimization method was used to optimize and improve the structure and statics analysis under multiple working conditions. By comparing the analysis results, the strength and stiffness of the structure were significantly improved without increasing the mass, and the best technical scheme of the air filter bracket was obtained, which provided an important reference for the later design of the air filter bracket.
