摘要: 在现实生活当中,洗衣机在进行加减速时往往会产生震动。文章应用 SolidWorks 软件 对洗衣机减速器进行了三维建模,协同仿真软件 ADAMS 对该减速器进行了仿真模拟分析。 探讨了在洗衣机进行加减速时,柔体与刚体对整个系统的波动性的影响。通过对比多柔体系 统、刚柔耦合系统、多刚体系统下,输出轴角速度曲线波动和角速度峰值,从而判断柔体与 刚体对整个系统运行时的波动性影响,希望能够为相关专家的深入研究提供有价值的参考或 依据。

Abstract: In real life, the washing machine often vibrates when accelerating and decelerating. In this paper, SolidWorks software is used to model the reducer of washing machine, and the collaborative simulation software ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the reducer. The influence of flexible body and rigid body on the fluctuation of the whole system during acceleration and deceleration of washing machine is discussed. By comparing the output shaft angular velocity curve fluctuation and angular velocity peak under multi flexible body system, rigid flexible coupling system and multi rigid body system, we can judge the fluctuation influence of flexible body and rigid body on the operation of the whole system, hoping to provide valuable reference or basis for the in-depth research of relevant experts.
