商用车后下部防护碰撞特性分析

摘要: 商用车后下部防护作为商用汽车被动安全装置的代表零部件,属于法规要求的车辆标 配产品。随着我国车辆法规项全面落地及汽车被动安全研究工作的推进,目前各大主机厂和 改装厂对于商用车后下部防护材料和结构都展开了专项研究。文章以某商用车高强钢后下部 防护为研究对象,对其防撞特性展开分析,验证其碰撞性能符合法规要求,设计了高强钢辊 压型材的前下部防护,通过分析验证其强度符合法规要求,有效保障商用车行车安全。

Abstract: As a representative part of passive safety device for commercial vehicles, the rear underside protection of commercial vehicles is a standard product required by regulations. With the comprehensive implementation of vehicle laws and regulations in China and the advancement of vehicle passive safety research, at present major OEMs and modification plants have carried out special research on the rear underside protection materials and structures of commercial vehicles. In this paper, the high strength steel rear underside protection of a commercial vehicle is taken as the research object, and its anti-collision characteristics are analyzed to verify that its collision performance meets the requirements of laws and regulations. The front and bottom protection of high strength steel rolled profile is designed, and its strength meets the requirements of laws and regulations through the analysis to effectively guarantee the safety of commercial vehicles.
