斯太尔驱动桥总成试验台设计综述

摘要: 驱动桥总成是汽车的重要组成部件,其制动性能直接影响汽车行驶的安全性。根据某 车桥公司具体的技术指标,主要介绍了斯太尔驱动桥总成综合试验台自动控制系统的设计要 求及试验台机械设备的工作原理,并设计斯太尔驱动桥总成综合实验台的控制系统和各模块 的具体配置。该试验台运行稳定可靠,对现阶段车辆驱动桥总成试验装置的设计提供了一种 新的思路。

Abstract: Drive axle assembly is an important component of automobile, and its braking performance directly affects the safety of automobile driving. According to the specific technical indexes of an axle company, the design requirements of the automatic control system of the STR drive axle assembly comprehensive test bench, the working principle of the mechanical equipment of the test bench are mainly introduced, and the composition of the control system and the specific configuration of each module of the STR drive axle assembly comprehensive test bench are designed. The test bench is stable and reliable and providing a new idea for the design of vehicle drive axle assembly.
