高职新能源汽车专业“1+X”证书制度的探究

摘要： 随着“1+X”证书制度的全面铺开，许多院校在实施“1+X”证书制度过程中遇到许多 困难。为了探索高职新能源汽车检测与维修类专业实施“1+X”证书制度的路径以及解决现 有问题，文章从院校的政策解读、证书的社会认可度、课程体系设置、实训设备、教师队伍 方面，分析了现阶段下高职新能源汽车检测与维修类专业实施“1+X”证书制度的阻碍因素， 并结合实际，探索了相应解决办法。旨在完善高职院校新能源汽车检测与维修类专业的人才 培养体系，促进高职教育的完善与发展，提升人才培养质量。

Abstract: With the comprehensive spread of the "1+X" certificate system, many colleges and universities have encountered many difficulties in the implementation of the "1+X" certificate system. In order to explore the path of implementing the "1+X" certificate system for new energy vehicle testing and maintenance majors in higher vocational colleges and solve existing problems, the article discusses the policy interpretation of colleges and universities, the social recognition of certificates, curriculum system settings, training equipment.In terms of the teaching team, the obstacles to the implementation of the "1+X" certificate system for the new energy vehicle inspection and maintenance majors in higher vocational colleges at the current stage are analyzed. Combined with the reality, the corresponding solutions are explored. It aims to improve the talent training system of new energy vehicle testing and maintenance major in higher vocational colleges, promote the improvement and development of higher vocational education, and improve the quality of talent training.
