摘要: 针对目前煤矿井下辅助运输坡度大、运距长造成无轨胶轮车湿式制动器过早磨损甚至热衰 退失效的现实情况,文章以 WCJ8E 防爆无轨胶轮车为研究对象,研发其匹配的辅助制动液力缓速 系统,使用结果表明:该系统极大地减少了湿式制动器的使用频率,解决了其过早磨损及热衰退 失效问题,保障了车辆的高效运行与安全可靠。

Abstract: At present, the wet brake of the trackless rubber wheeler is worn out prematurely or even fails due to the large slope and long distance of auxiliary transportation in underground coal mine. Taking WCJ8E explosion-proof trackless rubber wheel car as the research object, the matching hydraulic retarding system is developed as the vehicle auxiliary braking. The application results show that: the use frequency of wet brake is greatly reduced, the premature wear and thermal decay failure does not exist, and the efficient operation and safety and reliability of the vehicle are guaranteed.
