摘要： 文章针对现有校企协同培养高技能拔尖学生过程中存在的问题，结合学生理论水平、专业人才成长特点及 行业需求，在校企协同育人理念指导下，通过人力及企业资源储备、人才培养方案量身定制、导师制加个性化培养 及推荐企业研发岗实习等系列举措的实践和探索，提升了校企合作紧密度及高技能拔尖学生的实践能力、发展潜力 及就业竞争力，取得良好成效。

关键词: 高职院校；校企协同育人；高技能拔尖学生；汽车

Abstract: In view of the existing problems in the process of cultivating high skilled top-notch students by school enterprise cooperation, combined with the theoretical level of students, the growth characteristics of professional talents and the needs of the industry, under the guidance of the concept of school enterprise cooperation education, through the reserve of human resources and enterprise resources, talent training program tailored the practice and exploration of a series of initiatives, such as tutorial system plus personalized training and recommending enterprise R&D internship, have improved the school enterprise cooperation closeness and the practical ability, development potential and employment competitiveness of high skilled top students, and achieved good results.
