摘要: 文章对发动机缸体自制件机油冷却喷嘴安装孔加工中钻头频繁折损的问题进行总结和分析,从设备上的主 轴跳动,切削液供给压力,到工艺上的刀具角度设计和切削参数,以及来料毛坯的硬度等多方面分析和找出钻头折 损的主要原因,通过改进刀具设计及优化数控编程方法,成功解决了缸体机油冷却喷嘴安装孔加工中钻头频繁折损 的问题。

关键词: 钻头折损;排屑受阻;数控编程优化;刀具设计

Abstract: Engine cylinder homemade parts to our company in the oil cooling nozzle hole processing bit wreck a summary and analysis on the problems frequently, from a device on the spindle, cutting fluid supply pressure, to the process of design and cutting parameter, cutting tool Angle and hardness of the material blank analysis and find out the main reason for the bit wreck, by improving tool design and optimization of nc programming method, cylinder head was successfully solved in the oil cooling nozzle hole processing bit frequent wreck a problem;
