基于“智慧资源”的创新高职汽车类线上线下 混合式教学模式研究

摘要: 课程“智慧资源”以汽车企业普遍需求的岗位技能为重点,突出学生主体地位,因材施教,集教学设计、 虚拟实训及教学评价为一体,文章对此进行探究。将其灵活运用于在线学习与课堂教学、线上理论与线下实训的混 合式教学,制定“常规教学”与“停课不停教”教学环节,通过在线互动、线下梳理总结,实现师生、生生之间的 问题交流和协作学习。制定过程与终结相结合的多元化考核评价模式,最终实现学生核心能力与企业岗位要求完美 对接。

关键词: 智慧资源;混合式教学;线上线下教学

Abstract: Focusing on the post skills generally required by automobile enterprises, we should highlight the dominant position of students, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, build the curriculum "intelligent resources" integrating teaching design, virtual training and teaching evaluation, flexibly apply them to the hybrid teaching of online learning and classroom teaching, online theory and offline training, and formulate the teaching links of "conventional teaching" and "teaching without stopping" .Through online interaction and offline summary, problem exchange and collaborative learning between teachers and students can be realized. To establish a diversified assessment and evaluation mode combining process and end, and finally realize the perfect docking of students' core competence and enterprise post requirements.
