液压悬置耐久开裂改善对策

摘要: 为了提高车辆舒适性,轿车中普遍采用液压悬置,某车型在开发阶段,高强耐久测试时,曾出现主簧橡胶 开裂、漏液现象。文章通过对耐久车的路谱分析和主簧的结构分析,确认车辆 Y 向预载太大是造成开裂的主要原 因,通过减小动总 Y 向位移来降低 Y 向摆动量,同时优化主簧结构设计,将疲劳寿命提高了 8 倍以上。

Abstract: In order to improve the comfort of the vehicle, the common piece of the car adopts the hydraulic suspension. In the development stage of a certain model, the main spring rubber cracking and leakage occurred during the high strength and endurance test. Through road spectrum analysis of durable vehicle and structure analysis of main spring, it is confirmed that too much pre-load in Y direction is the main reason for cracking. By reducing the total dynamic Y displacement to reduce the swing momentum in Y direction, and optimizing the structure design of main spring, the fatigue life of the vehicle is increased by more than 8 times.
