悬置系统中的螺栓连接设计

摘要: 悬置系统在整车上起到支撑动力总成的作用,其可靠性对行车安全的影响是不言而喻的,而悬置系统中螺栓连接的可靠性是系统整体可靠性的重要组成部分,如何规避螺栓连接的失效对提升悬置系统的可靠性具有重要意义。文章从螺栓连接的一般原理入手,分析了悬置系统中螺栓连接的特点,从螺栓的数量和布置位置、螺栓规格的选用、连接件面压和啮合长度的校核、紧固力矩的确定等方面介绍了悬置系统螺栓连接的设计要求和要点,形成了比较完整的设计流程。

Abstract: The powertrain mounting system plays a role in supporting the powertrain on the vehicle, and its reliability has a self-evident impact on the driving safety. The reliability of bolted joints in the mounting system is an important part of the overall reliability of the system. How to avoid the failure of bolted joints is of great significance to improve the reliability of the powertrain mounting system. Starting from the general principle of bolted joints, this paper analyzes the characteristics of bolted joints in the mounting system, and introduces the design requirements and key points of bolted joints in the powertrain mounting system from the number and location of bolts, the selection of bolt specifications, the verification of surface pressure and engagement length of the internal thread, and the determination of tightening torque, forming a relatively complete design process.
