Integrated Control of Central Air Conditioning about Circulating Water System Which Based on PLC and Frequency Converter

摘要: 文章通过分析中央空调工作时在节能方面的局限和不足,拟定两种不同的节能技术方案,即半变频方案和全变频方案。经过节能效果的比较和功率消耗的计算最终确定一种比较理想的方案,通过对节能系统的软件设计、人机界面制作及调试最终证实全变频方案的可靠性和经济性。

关键词: PLC, 变频器, 触摸屏, 特殊功能模块

Abstract: By analyzing the limitation and shortage of energy saving in the work of central air conditioning in which two different energy-saving technical schemes are proposed. Such as half frequency conversion scheme and full frequency conversion scheme. After the comparison of energy-saving effect and calculation of power consumption, an ideal scheme is finally determined. Finally, through designing the software, producing human-computer interface and debugging we find that the reliability and economics of the central air conditioning circulating system is obvious.
