Abstract: In recent years, the domestic used car trading volume has exceeded 10 million. In the process of used car consumption, we need to evaluate the value of used car scientifically and effectively. In this paper, combined with the domestic used car market, based on the replacement cost method, the influencing factors of the newness rate are weighted to get the comprehensive newness rate. At the same time, other factors that affect the newness rate are included in the adjustment coefficient for comprehensive evaluation, so as to make a comprehensive evaluation of used cars.
