基于“岗课赛证思创”融通的《汽车电器构造 与维修》课程教学改革与实践

摘要: 针对《汽车电器构造与维修》这门汽车制造与试验技术专业核心课程在传统教学模式 中存在的教学内容与岗位需求脱节的问题,基于“岗课赛证思创”融通理念开展教学改革研 究,以提升教学质量,助力学生形成符合岗位需求的专业技能。调研汽车行业岗位技能需求 与赛事标准,以此为基础重构“岗位能力-赛事要求-职业证书”三维课程内容体系。创新设计 “任务驱动+赛项模拟+证书考核”的递进式教学流程,并开发配套的虚拟仿真训练模块。教 学改革实践后,学生的实操技能考核通过率提升了 32%,在省级职业技能竞赛中获奖数量同 比增长 50%。文章研究的创新点在于将赛事标准与证书考核指标深度融入课程内容,构建了 “学训赛证”四位一体的教学实施路径,将思政教育和创新创业教育融入其中,实现了课程 教学与岗位需求的精准对接,有效提升了教学效果和学生的综合能力。

Abstract: Addressing the disconnect between teaching content and job requirements in the traditional teaching mode of Automotive Electrical Construction and Maintenance, a core course in the automotive manufacturing and testing technology major, this research conducts a teaching reform based on the integrated concept of "post, curriculum, competition, certification, ideological education and innovation entrepreneurship". The aim is to enhance teaching quality and help students develop professional skills that meet job demands. By investigating industry skill requirements and competition standards, a three-dimensional curriculum content system of "job competence-competition requirements-professional certificates" is reconstructed. An innovative progressive teaching process of "task-driven+competition simulation+certificate assessment" is designed, along with the development of supporting virtual simulation training modules. Following the teaching reform practice, the pass rate of students' practical skills assessments increased by 32%, and the number of awards received in provincial vocational skills competitions grew by 50% year-on-year. The innovation of this paper lies in deeply integrating competition standards and certificate assessment indicators into the curriculum, constructing a four-in-one teaching implementation path of "learning, training, competition, and certification", and incorporating ideological and political education as well as innovation and entrepreneurship education. This achieves a precise alignment between curriculum teaching and job requirements, effectively improving teaching outcomes and students' comprehensive abilities.
