工匠精神融入职业教育汽车专业教学的 理论与实践研究 ——以汽车机械基础课程为例

Theoretical and Practical Research on the Integration of Craftsmanship Spirit into Vocational Education Automotive Professional Teaching -Taking the Course of Fundamentals of Automotive Machinery as an Example

摘要: 国家要求职业教育弘扬工匠精神,将其融入教学可端正学生学习态度,培养职业素养, 既提升专业技能,又增强创新、协作及解决问题能力。文章以汽车机械基础课程为例,探讨 了工匠精神融入职业教育汽车专业教学的理论与实践,通过确定思政主线、重构课程内容、 挖掘思政元素、创新教学载体和优化评价体系,将工匠精神与专业知识技能教育深度融合, 取得了较好的效果,探索出一条将工匠精神融入专业教学的实践路径,并对其他课程的思政 建设起到一定参考价值。

关键词: 工匠精神;职业教育;汽车机械基础课程;专业教学;教学改革

Abstract: The state calls for vocational education to promote the craftsman spirit. Integrating it into teaching helps students develop a proper learning attitude, foster professional ethics, and enhance not only technical skills but also innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. The article takes the course of Fundamentals of Automotive Machinery as an example to explore the theory and practice of integrating the craftsmanship spirit into vocational education of automotive professionals. By determining the ideological and political mainline, reconstructing course content, exploring ideological and political elements, innovating teaching carriers, and optimizing evaluation systems,the craftsmanship spirit is deeply integrated with professional knowledge and skills education, achieving good results. It explores a practical path to integrate the craftsmanship spirit into professional teaching and provides certain reference value for the ideological and political construction of other courses.
