高职院校汽车专业课程思政教学改革路径探索 ——以新能源汽车技术课程为例

摘要: 针对高职院校汽车专业课程思政存在的融入生硬、契合不足、成效不显著等问题,研 究以新能源汽车技术课程为载体,系统开展课程思政教学改革。实践路径包括:以德技并修 为主线,深度挖掘并融入职业素养、工匠精神与创新意识等思政元素;依托“岗课赛证”融 通机制,结合岗位要求、竞赛标准和证书体系重构模块化教学内容,促进思政与专业深度融 合;倡导学生主体、教师主导,采用项目化教学、案例研讨等多元模式,增强思政渗透力; 构建多元多维增值评价体系,实现过程与结果、多主体参与的综合素养与发展性评估。通过 分层分类教学与线上平台追踪机制,有效巩固育人成效。改革后,学生获省级以上技能竞赛 奖 20 项,职业证书通过率达 95%,就业率升至 98.57%,切实提升了学生的思政素养与专业 技能,为同类课程思政建设提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract: To address issues such as forced integration, limited relevance, and insufficient effectiveness in ideological and political education within automotive programs at higher vocational colleges, this study implements a systematic teaching reform using the New Energy Vehicle Technology course as a platform. The reform includes the following key approaches: incorporating professional ethics, craftsmanship, and innovation awareness into knowledge modules based on the principle of cultivating both ethical and technical competence; restructuring modular teaching content through close alignment with job requirements, competition standards, and certification systems under the "post-class-competition-certification" integration mechanism;adopting studentcentered and teacher-guided instructional models, such as project-based learning and case discussions, to enhance ideological engagement; establishing a multi-dimensional, value-added evaluation system that combines formative and summative assessments with multi-stakeholder involvement to support holistic student development. Supported by tiered instruction and online tracking mechanisms, the reform yields significant outcomes: students win 20 awards in provincial or higher-level skill competitions, achieve a 95% vocational certificate pass rate, and reach a 98.57% employment rate. These results demonstrate a meaningful enhancement of students' ideological awareness and professional skills, providing a transferable model for similar programs.
