某柴油发动机缸盖热负荷强度分析

摘要: 文章对某型柴油机发动机缸盖局部结构的更改进行热负荷强度校验。首先应用 GT-Suite 软件进行一维热力学分析,得到燃气侧与进排气侧的温度及传热系数。其次应用 Star CCM+ 软件对冷却水套模拟计算,得到流体域及固体域的温度分布及表面传热系数。最后将缸盖的 温度场作为温度载荷,进行强度分析得到缸盖热应力和热应变。结果表明,缸盖结构(尤其 是鼻梁区)满足结构设计要求。文章采用简单高效的热力学方法估测缸盖火力面、进排气道 及冷水水套侧的温度及传热系数,用于缸盖热负荷强度分析,规避经验值的不确定性,降低 分析强度,最终完成对目标的分析。

Abstract: This paper validates the thermal strength due to the structure change of a diesel engine cylinder head. First, using GT-Suite analyzes the 1D thermal analysis to get temperature and heat transfer coefficient on the boundary of fuel-side, intake and exhaust port. Secondly, using Star CCM+ analyzes the cooling appearance to get the temperature of solid and fluid field, the heat transfer coefficient on water jacket surface. Finally, analyzes the thermal stress and strain, of which the cylinder head temperature field is the thermal load. The results shows the cylinder head, especially the nose bridge, meet the structure design requirements. This simple and efficient method computes the temperature and heat transfer coefficient to analyze the thermal strength, for which not only to evade the inaccuracy of empirical value, but also reduce the simulation intensity to support the design reference and complete the analysis of object.
