摘要: 对于新能源汽车,如果制动系统线路出现问题,车辆将出现无法上高压电、无法挂挡 行驶等不同类型的故障现象。文章以 2021 款比亚迪秦 EV 汽车为例,对制动开关的常闭触点 线路、常开触点线路及信号线路断路故障分别进行了检测与分析,总结了相应的故障现象与 故障数据,研究结论可为比亚迪秦 EV 维修技术人员在进行车辆检修时提供经验和参考。

Abstract: For new energy vehicles, if there is a problem with the braking system circuit, the vehicle will experience different types of faults such as inability to power on high voltage, inability to shift gears, etc. This article takes the 2021 BYD Qin EV car as an example to detect, analyze, and summarize the corresponding fault phenomena and data of the brake light normally closed switch, normally open switch, and signal line open circuit faults of the braking system. The research conclusions can provide experience and reference for BYD Qin EV maintenance technicians in vehicle maintenance.
