摘要: 伴随着汽车自动驾驶技术的发展,以及《道路车辆 功能安全》(GB/T 34590-2022) 等相关法规的出台,冗余设计已成为满足 L3 及以上高阶自动驾驶功能安全要求的重要手段。 文章从商用车低压电源系统的构成、电器盒技术发展、电源冗余控制现状等方面展开分析, 提出一种融合智能配电技术的商用车低压电源系统冗余方案。该方案旨在满足高阶自动驾驶 场景的需求,同时具备可靠性高、容错能力强、成本较低等优势;系统还集成了诊断功能与 电流监控功能,以期为业内设计开发者提供参考。

Abstract: With the development of automotive autonomous driving technology and the introduction of regulations such as Road Vehicles Functional Safety (GB/T 34590-2022), redundancy design has become a crucial means to meet the functional safety requirements of high-level autonomous driving (L3 and above). This article analyzes the composition of low-voltage power systems in commercial vehicles, the evolution of electrical box technology, and the current status of power redundancy control. It proposes a redundancy scheme for commercial vehicle low-voltage power systems that integrates intelligent power distribution technology. This scheme aims to meet the demands of highlevel autonomous driving scenarios while offering advantages such as high reliability, strong fault tolerance, and relatively low cost. The system also incorporates diagnostic and current monitoring functions, providing a reference for industry designers and developers.
