Research on the Competency Requirements for Automotive Vocational Students in the Autonomous Driving Industry

摘要: 为了满足自动驾驶汽车行业高质量发展对高素质技术技能人才的需求,推动职业教育 汽车专业升级改造,需要对自动驾驶行业需求展开分析,对高职汽车专业人才培养进行深入 研究。文章以自动驾驶企业岗位群为依托,深入分析自动驾驶汽车产业发展对高职汽车专业 人才能力需求,探究岗位群对自动驾驶人才的技能要求,并且进一步分析高职智能网联汽车 专业教育现状与行业需求差距,给出智能网联汽车技术专业人才培养建议,为高职院校汽车 专业开展智能网联汽车人才培养提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract: To meet the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talent in the high-quality development of the autonomous vehicle industry and to promote the upgrading and transformation of automotive specialties in vocational education, it is necessary to analyze the needs of the autonomous driving industry and conduct an in-depth study on the cultivation of automotive professionals in higher vocational colleges. Based on the job clusters within autonomous driving enterprises, this paper is analyzing the competency requirements for automotive vocational students driven by the development of the autonomous vehicle industry. It is investigating the skill sets demanded by these job clusters for autonomous driving talent. Furthermore, it is examining the gap between the current state of intelligent and connected vehicles education in higher vocational institutions and industry needs. The study is providing recommendations for cultivating talent in the intelligent and connected vehicles technology specialty, offering reference and insights for higher vocational colleges in developing intelligent and connected vehicles talent within their automotive programs.
