智能科学与技术专业产学融创协同育人 模式研究与探索

Research and Exploration on Industry-University-Integration-Innovative Collaborative Training Mode of Intelligent Science and Technology Major

摘要: 面对行业快速发展和车辆智能化人才短缺问题,如何突破产学融创面临的“合而不融、 融而不深”困境,实现教育链、人才链、产业链和创新链有机融合,现代产业学院内涵式、 可持续发展等目标是高校亟需破解的关键难题。文章以产学融创理念为引导,结合新工科建 设要求开展专业建设。首先,基于产学融创理念,对智能科学与技术专业人才培养目标进行 了优化;其次,结合企业实际工作岗位需求,构建了“4+2+2”产学研协同育人模式;然后, 构建了契合汽车产业转型升级需求的特色学科群,实现了课程体系与教学内容优化;最后, 通过国家级智能汽车现代产业学院创新载体,实现校企人才双向流动,打造“双师三能型” 师资队伍,人才培养成效显著。

Abstract: Facing the rapid development of the industry and the problem of the shortage of vehicle intelligent talents, how to break through the industry-university-integration-innovative of the face of the "integration but not integration, integration but not deep" dilemma, to achieve the organic integration of the education chain, the talent chain, the industrial chain and the innovation chain, the targets such as connotation, sustainable development of the modern industrial college, is the key problem of the university urgently need to crack. The paper is guided by the concept of industryuniversity-integration-innovative, and carried out professional construction in combination with the requirements for the construction of new engineering disciplines. Firstly, based on the concept of industry-university-integration-innovative, the talent cultivation target of the Intelligent Science and Technology major are optimized. Secondly, the "4+2+2" talent cultivation mode of industry-universityresearch collaborative is constructed combined with the actual job needs of enterprises. Then, the characteristic discipline group that meets the demand of transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry is constructed to achieve the optimization of the curriculum system and the teaching content. Finally, through the innovative carrier of intelligent automobile industry college, the two-way flow of talents between schools and enterprises is realized, and a "dual-teacher, threecapability type" teacher team is created, and the talent cultivation is highly effective.
