产教融合视域下《新能源汽车使用与维护》 工作手册式教材的开发与实践

Development and Practice of a Workbook-Style Textbook for New Energy Vehicle Operation and Maintenance from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要: 在国家职业教育改革推动下,工作手册式教材成为职业教育教学改革关键着力点。在 产教融合“五金”建设与新“双高计划”背景下,文章针对《新能源汽车使用与维护》教材 展开研究。通过剖析现有专业教材知识更新滞后、体例设计不合理、呈现形式单一等问题, 进而详述工作手册式教材开发实施过程:组建含院校、企业专家的多元编写团队;依岗位需 求确定内容,按项目引导、任务驱动编排;设计“教、学、做”一体化体例,融入思政元素; 配套微课等数字化资源。教材出版应用后,获师生好评,教师“易教”,学生“易学”,还助 力教学竞赛获奖、证书通过率及就业率提升,为同类教材开发提供借鉴。

Abstract: Driven by the national reform of vocational education, workbook-style textbooks have become a key focus of teaching innovation in vocational education. Under the context of the "five metals" initiative in industry-education integration and the new "double high-level plan", this paper conducts a study on the textbook for New Energy Vehicle Operation and Maintenance. By analyzing issues such as outdated knowledge, irrational structural design, and monotonous presentation formats in existing professional textbooks, the development and implementation process of the workbookstyle textbook is elaborated in detail: a diverse compilation team including experts from academic institutions and enterprises is formed; content is determined based on job requirements and organized through project guidance and task-driven approaches; an integrated teaching-learning-doing format is designed, incorporating ideological and political elements; digital resources such as micro-lectures are developed. After publication and application, the textbook receives positive feedback from both teachers and students, proving "easy to teach" and "easy to learn". It also contributes to achievements in teaching competitions, improves certification pass rates, and enhances employment rates, providing a reference for the development of similar textbooks.
