摘要: 随着汽车制造业的发展以及客户定制化需求的不断增强,产品生产周期不断压缩,汽 车制造工艺复杂度不断提升,加之汽车零件种类众多,复杂的工艺对汽车制造企业生产、物 流作业提出了更大挑战。文章从工作液加注方式向自动化和智能化转型的角度,详细阐述商 用车制造过程中工作液自动加注系统的工作原理、关键技术和实施步骤,并且从商用车生产 的实际案例分析,突出反映自动加注系统在提高生产效率、保证加注精度和节约人工成本等 方面的显著效果。通过人工加注与自动加注系统的对比,工作液的加注误差控制可以在±2% 以内,加注时间可减少 38%以上,加注精度可达到 98%以上,整车故障率降低 70%。自动加 注系统的应用能够显著提升商用车制造过程中工作液加注的效率和质量,为企业的智能化转 型提供有力支持。

Abstract: With the development of the automotive manufacturing industry and the increasing demand for customer customization, the product production cycle is constantly being compressed. The complexity of automotive manufacturing processes is also rising, and the vast variety of automotive parts poses greater challenges to production and logistics operations for automotive manufacturers. This paper focuses on the transition of working fluid filling methods towards automation and intelligence. It provides a detailed explanation of the working principles, key technologies, and implementation steps of the automatic working fluid filling system in commercial vehicle manufacturing. Through a case study from commercial vehicle production, the paper highlights the significant advantages of the automatic filling system in improving production efficiency, ensuring filling accuracy, and reducing labor costs. Compared with manual filling, the filling error of the working fluid can be controlled within ±2%, the filling time can be reduced by more than 38%, the filling accuracy can reach above 98%, and the overall vehicle failure rate can be reduced by 70%. It is evident that the application of the automatic filling system can significantly enhance the efficiency and quality of working fluid filling in commercial vehicle manufacturing, providing strong support for the intelligent transformation of enterprises.
