摘要: 文章针对市场反馈问题,基于用户实车应用场景,设定 P1-39#电动车舒适性提升的主 客观评价目标,并初步分析了操纵稳定性、舒适性上可能存在的问题。在调校过程中分别针 对弹簧方案选择、减振器匹配、座椅提升方案、转向轻便性调校进行了分析及调整。调校后 整车舒适性较优化前提升明显,操纵稳定性与舒适性更加平衡,操纵稳定性略有下降,但仍 优于竞品车,同时通过复盘,为后期车型的目标值设定及调校提供了一些参考方法。

Abstract: The article addresses market feedback issues, based on real-world usage scenarios of users, it establishes subjective and objective evaluation targets for improving the comfort of a P1-39# electric vehicle, and a preliminary analysis of potential problems in handling stability and comfort. During the tuning process, analyses and adjustments are conducted on spring scheme selection, damper matching, seat improvement solutions, and steering portability tuning. After tuning, the vehicle comfort showes significant improvement compared to the pre-optimization state, achieving a better balance between handling stability and comfort. While handling stability slightly decreases, it remains superior to competing vehicle. Furthermore, through post-project review, it provides some reference methods for setting target values and tuning in future vehicle models.
