摘要: A 型架作为刚性矿用车的核心部件,必须具有高强度、高可靠性和抗疲劳特性。文章 通过分析软件,先对某刚性矿用车新开发的 A 型架进行多工况的仿真分析,验证新设计方案 的强度性能,并评估风险;然后基于分析结果对多处结构进行材料、工艺的优化设计;最后, 对优化方案进行分析验证、样件开发、装车验证,并完成为期两年的矿区可靠性验证。研究 实现了 A 型架性能提升和减重的双重优化,证明了在结构产品方案设计阶段采用的仿真分析 优化方法,不仅提高了 A 型架的可靠性,还提高了项目开发效率,缩短了产品研发周期。

Abstract: As the core component of roigid mining vehicles, the A-frame must have high strength, high reliability and fatigue resistance. Through the analysis software, this paper first conducts multi-case simulation analysis on the newly developed A-frame of a rigid mining vehicle, verifies the strength performance of the new design scheme, and evaluates the risks. Then based on the analysis results, material and process optimizations are applied to multiple structural components. Finally, the optimization plan is analyzed and verified, sample development, loading verification, and the two-year mining area reliability verification is completed. The study achieves dual optimization of performance improvement and weight reduction for the A-frame. It is proved that by adopting simulation analysis optimization methods during the structural product scheme design phase, the reliability of the A-frame is not only improved, but also improved project development efficiency and shortened product research and development cycle
