电动汽车控制技术课程多元化教学评价 体系构建研究

摘要: 电动汽车控制技术课程教学评价体系须创新,以提升应用型人才培养质量。研究的目 的在于构建一套科学完善的多元化教学评价体系,突出能力培养导向,充分发挥评价的诊断、 激励与改进功能。研究采用文献研究法,系统分析了传统教学评价存在的主要问题,在此基 础上,从拓展评价主体、丰富评价内容、创新评价方式、应用评价结果 4 个关键维度入手, 构建了多元化教学评价的基本框架。在教学实践中应用该评价体系后发现,构建的多元化教 学评价体系能够较全面地评价学生的综合能力,评价更加全面客观,能力导向更加鲜明,学 生参评积极性大幅提高,人才培养质量持续提升。多元化教学评价体系对促进学生全面发展、 提升人才培养质量具有积极成效,值得在同类课程中推广应用。

Abstract: The evaluation system for Electric Vehicle Control Technology course teaching needs to be innovated to improve the quality of applied talent cultivation. The purpose of the research is to construct a scientifically sound and diversified teaching evaluation system, highlighting the orientation of ability cultivation, and fully utilizing the diagnostic, motivational, and improvement functions of evaluation. The study uses literature research method to systematically analyze the main problems of traditional teaching evaluation. Based on this, a basic framework for diversified teaching evaluation is constructed from four key dimensions: expanding the evaluation subject, enriching the evaluation content, innovating the evaluation method, and applying the evaluation results. After applying this evaluation system in teaching practice, it is found that the constructed diversified teaching evaluation system can comprehensively evaluate students' comprehensive abilities, with more comprehensive and objective evaluation, clearer ability orientation, significantly improves student participation enthusiasm, and continuous improvement in talent cultivation quality. The diversified teaching evaluation system has a positive effect on promoting students' comprehensive development and improving the quality of talent cultivation, and is worth promoting and applying in similar courses.
