产教融合背景下工匠精神融入新能源汽车 技术专业人才培养路径研究

摘要： 目前新能源汽车行业处于高速发展阶段，技术创新与产业升级对人才提出了更高的要 求。为适应行业发展，对职业院校而言，培养具备工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才刻不容缓。 工匠精神蕴含的专注执着、精益求精、追求卓越等职业素养，是新能源汽车领域人才培养的 核心要素。文章基于产教融合的背景，探讨了工匠精神在新能源汽车技术专业人才培养中的 核心价值，系统分析了当前工匠精神培育的现状及面临的困境，并从弘扬工匠文化精神、推 进“三教”改革、开展技能竞赛、深化产教融合、完善评价体系等维度，提出工匠精神融入 新能源汽车技术专业人才培养全过程的具体路径，以期为职业院校高素质技术技能人才培养 提供参考。

Abstract: Currently, the new energy vehicle industry is in a stage of rapid development. Technological innovation and industrial upgrading have put forward higher requirements for talents. To adapt to the industry's development, for vocational colleges, it is urgent to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with a craftsman spirit. The professional qualities such as dedication, pursuit of excellence, and continuous improvement contained in the craftsman spirit are the core elements of talent cultivation in the new energy vehicle field. Based on the background of industry-education integration, this paper explores the core value of the craftsman spirit in the cultivation of talents in the new energy vehicle technology major, systematically analyzes the current situation and difficulties in the cultivation of the craftsman spirit, and proposes specific paths for integrating the craftsman spirit into the entire process of talent cultivation in the new energy vehicle technology major from the dimensions of promoting the spirit of craftsmanship, advancing the "three teaching" reform, conducting skills competitions, deepening industry-education integration, and improving the evaluation system, with the aim of providing references for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges.
