Application of Industrial Robot Digital Twin Technology in Automotive Wheel Hub Production

摘要: 国内传统汽车轮毂生产线存在智能化水平较低、多个生产环节需要大量工人辅助完成、 生产质量和效率较低等问题。文章深入分析了传统汽车轮毂生产工艺,将工业机器人数字孪 生技术应用在汽车轮毂生产中,通过虚拟调试软件 PQFactory 搭建了实际生产线的数字孪生 模型,并依次完成了各传感器和状态机变量的定义。通过数字孪生汽车轮毂生产线的调试和 运行验证,实现了生产线的智能化控制和运行,提升了汽车轮毂生产质量和效率。

Abstract: The traditional domestic automotive wheel hub production lines have many problems, such as low levels of intelligence, the need for a large number of workers to assist in multiple production links, and low production quality and efficiency. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the traditional production process of automotive wheel hubs, applies the digital twin technology of industrial robots to the production of automotive wheel hubs, builds a digital twin model of the actual production line through the virtual debugging software PQFactory, and successively completes the definitions of each sensor and state machine variable. Through the commissioning and operation verification of the digital twin automotive wheel hub production line, the intelligent control and operation of the production line have been achieved, improving the quality and efficiency of automotive wheel hub production.
