某新能源乘用车异常亏电故障的研究分析

摘要: 文章针对某乘用车下电锁车后异常亏电的故障,采用故障树分析法、排除法、对比测 试法等,以整车下电锁车后的静态电流消耗作为问题切入点,进行了多维度的研究分析,不 仅探究了电子控制单元的休眠唤醒策略,还据此深入分析了控制器局域网的总线错误帧的形 成机理,最终定位故障原因,并给予针对性的改进优化,最终成功消除异常亏电故障,降低 整车能耗。

Abstract: This article focuses on the fault of abnormal power loss in a new energy passenger car after the power supply is off. Using the fault tree analysis method, exclusion method, comparative testing method, etc, and the static current consumption of the vehicle after power off is taken as the starting point for multidimensional research and analysis. It not only explores the sleep and wake up strategy of the electronic control unit on the vehicle, but also deeply analyzes the formation mechanism of controller area network bus error frames based, ultimately we locates the cause of the fault, and provides targeted improvement and optimization. Finally, the abnormal power loss fault is successfully eliminated and the vehicle energy consumption is reduced.
