摘要: 针对电动重卡螺旋锥齿轮在服役过程中出现的早期打齿失效问题,文章通过宏观形貌 分析、材料分析、微观分析、应力分析、报文分析等手段,找到了引起失效的主要原因。该 分析认为通过优化正车与倒车、反拖相互切换及扭矩设计策略,并优化齿轮的宏观和微观修 形、啮合印迹,可降低胶合安全系数、提高齿轮油抗胶合能力,以适用电动重卡动态载荷变 化和加速/制动的切换工况。研究结果为电动重卡传动系统的可靠性提升提供了一定依据。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of early tooth failure of spiral bevel gears in electric heavy-duty trucks during service, this article identified the main causes of the failure through means such as macroscopic morphology analysis, material analysis, microscopic analysis, stress analysis, and message analysis. This analysis suggests that by optimizing the mutual switching between forward and reverse, and reverse towing, as well as the torque design strategy, and by optimizing the macroscopic and microscopic modification of gears and meshing marks, the safety factor of gluing can be reduced and the anti-gluing ability of gear oil can be enhanced, so as to be applicable to the dynamic load changes and acceleration/braking switching conditions of electric heavy-duty trucks. The research results provide a certain basis for improving the reliability of the transmission system of electric heavy-duty trucks.
