新能源汽车工程专业教学模式改革的 研究与探索

摘要: 在汽车行业“新四化”的背景下,新质生产力驱动的汽车产业变革不断加快,行业发 展与技术进步对汽车类专业人才培养提出了更高要求。新能源汽车工程作为新兴工科专业, 正是从科学角度解决面向汽车“新四化”的人才培养问题。西安航空学院新能源汽车工程教 学团队探索新能源汽车工程专业课程体系优化及“一核四维”人才培养模式创新,通过将课 程体系划分为四大模块,细分每个模块下的课程体系链路及其课外拓展,紧密衔接企业需求, 并在此基础上进行了“由浅入深三段引导式”教学手段改革和专业课程思政教学改革,取得 了一定成效,该模式可以为汽车类专业人才培养模式创新提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: In the backdrop of the "new four modernizations" in the automotive industry, the transformation of the automotive industry driven by new quality productivity is constantly accelerating, and the development of the industry and technological progress have put forward higher requirements for the training of automotive professionals. New energy vehicle engineering, as an emerging engineering major, solves the talent cultivation problem for the "new four modernizations" of automobiles from a scientific perspective. The team of new energy vehicle engineering at Xi'an Aeronautical University is exploring the optimization of the curriculum system for major, and the innovation of the "one core, four dimensions" talent cultivation model is proposed. By dividing the curriculum system into four major modules and subdividing the curriculum system links and extracurricular extensions under each module, it closely connects with the needs of enterprises, and based on that, the "three stage guidance from shallow to deep" teaching methods and the reform practice of ideological and political education in professional courses have been carried out. This model can provide reference and inspiration for the innovation of talent cultivation in automotive majors.
