整车自然老化性能研究 ——以海南湿热环境为例

Study on Natural Aging Performance of Vehile -Take the Humid and Thermal Environment of Hainan as an Example

摘要: 文章通过将整车静置在海南试验场开展为期 1 年的静态暴晒试验,定期观测整车零部 件的耐候性能变化,监测车内微环境的变化特点及车内挥发性有机化合物(VOC)及气味的 变化趋势。进一步研究整车老化行为,了解老化主要问题及车内微环境变化特点。结果表明, 开胶、起泡、粉化、析出、离缝、腐蚀、掉色、开裂等问题是此次实验出现的主要问题,后 续车型开发应重点关注此类老化问题,车内微环境与整车玻璃类型相关。随着放置时间积累, 整车气味一直处于比较稳定的状态,未出现恶化现象,表现较好。整车 VOC 标志物出现暴晒 1 个月后先升高后降低的趋势,符合散发规律,与目前零部件试验结果一致。

Abstract: In this paper, the static exposure test of the vehicle is carried out in Hainan test site for 1 year, and the change of weather resistance of the vehicle components is regularly observed, the change characteristics of the microenvironment and the change trend of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and odor inside the vehicle are monitored. The aging behavior of the vehicle is further studied to understand the main problems of aging and the characteristics of changes in the microenvironment inside the vehicle. The results show that the problems such as opening glue, foaming, powder, precipitation, separation, corrosion, fading and cracking are the main problems in this experiment, and the development of subsequent models should focus on such aging problems, and the interior microenvironment is related to the type of vehicle glass. With the accumulation of placing time, the odor of the vehicle has been in a relatively stable state, and no deterioration has occurred, and the performance is better. The VOC marker of the vehicle shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing after exposure to sunlight for one month, which is consistent with the emission rule and consistent with the current test results of parts.
