低滚阻轮胎对轻型商用车性能影响

Influence Low Rolling Resistance Tires on the Performance of Light Commercial Vehicles

摘要: 响应国家节能减排号召,选取轻型商用车使用频率最高的轮胎规格进行低滚阻开发。 以低滚阻与普通型对比的方式,从轮胎对整车的动力性、制动性、操稳性、平顺性、油耗、 磨耗以及冰雪路面制动性能等指标进行分析,研究低滚阻轮胎对轻型商用车性能影响。通过 试验结果得出:低滚阻轮胎滚阻系数降低 21.4%,可使整车节约达 6.5%油耗;同时,低滚阻 轮胎对整车的动力性、制动性、操稳性、平顺性、油耗、磨耗以及冰雪路面制动性能可满足 整车的需求;为低滚阻轮胎在轻型商用车的应用提供了使用依据。

Abstract: In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, select the tire specification with the highest frequency of use for light commercial vehicles for low rolling resistance development. By comparing low rolling resistance tires with regular tires, this study analyzes the impact of low rolling resistance tires on the performance of light commercial vehicles, including power, braking, handling stability, smoothness, fuel consumption, wear, and braking performance on icy and snowy roads. According to the experimental results, reducing the rolling resistance coefficient of low rolling resistance tires by 21.4% can save about 6.5% of fuel consumption for the entire vehicle. At the same time, low rolling resistance tires can meet the vehicle's requirements for power, braking, handling stability, smoothness, fuel consumption, wear, and braking performance on icy and snowy roads. This provides a basis for the application of low rolling resistance tires in light commercial vehicles.
