Optimized Designs of Gearbox Based on Torque Capacity Expansion

摘要: 以某 5MT 变速箱额定输入扭矩由 300 Nm 提升扩容至 350 Nm 为研究目的,首先对原 变速箱分别通过台架试验和 MASTA 建模分析,找出了齿轮、轴、轴承、同步器、壳体等强 度不足的零部件及其薄弱点;然后提出对齿轮强力喷丸和微观参数、轴的薄弱轴颈加粗、轴 承切换性能更优的原材料和热处理方式、同步器齿毂粉末冶金改锻钢件并增加表面处理、壳 体优化加强筋布置等优化设计及工艺方案;最后对实施了强化措施的变速箱进行了台架试验 验证和 MASTA 分析。结果表明,优化后的变速箱可以满足 350 Nm 输入扭矩工况的要求,实 现了扭矩扩容的目的。

Abstract: With the research purpose of increasing and expanding the rated input torque of a 5MT gearbox from 300 Nm to 350 Nm, firstly, through bench tests and MASTA modeling analysis on the original transmission respectively, the components with insufficient strength such as gears, shafts, bearings, synchronizers, and housings and their weak points are identified. Then, the optimized designs and process schemes such as powerful shot peening and microscopic parameters for gears, thickening of the weak journal of the shaft, raw materials and heat treatment methods with better switching performance of bearings, powder metallurgy forged steel parts for synchronizer tooth hubs and adding surface treatment, and optimizing the arrangement of reinforcing ribs for the shell are proposed. Finally, bench tests and MASTA analyses are conducted on the gearboxes with enhanced measures implemented. The results show that the optimized gearbox can meet the requirements of the 350 Nm input torque working condition and achieve the purpose of torque expansion.
