轻型电驱桥细高斜齿传动特性研究

Study on Transmission Performances of High Tooth Gear of Light Electric Drive Axle

摘要: 近年来,细高齿由于具有高承载能力、低振动噪声的优势而逐渐成为研究热点。为了 研究细高齿所具有优势的机理,文章针对某轻型电驱桥的某对齿轮副,利用有限元软件 ABAQUS 对齿轮副进行加载接触分析,对比研究了细高齿和常规齿在受载后的各种传动特性 参数,包括弯曲应力分布、接触应力分布、重合度和承载传动误差等。结果表明,细高齿相 对于常规齿齿根弯曲强度提高了 27.76%,齿面接触强度提高了 21.93%,重合度提高了 16.27%, 传动误差降低了 43.48%。

Abstract: In recent years, high tooth gear has become a hot research field in gear industry because of the greater bearing capacity and smaller transmission noise. To study the mechanism of the advantage of high tooth gear, this article focuses on the high tooth gear of light electric drive axle. Load tooth contact analysis of the gear drive is implemented by ABAQUS. Make a contrastive study on transmission performances of high tooth gear and normal tooth gear, including the distribution of the bending stress, the distribution of the contact stress, the contact ratio and load transmission error. The conclusion is that the bending strength of high tooth gear is improved by 27.76% than normal tooth gear, the contact strength of high tooth gear is improved by 21.93% than normal tooth gear, the contact ratio of high tooth gear is improved by 16.27% than normal tooth gear, load transmission error of high tooth gear is reduced by 43.48% than normal tooth gear.
