摘要: 针对某车型试制阶段前盖总成出现的重力下沉问题,文章旨在通过优化设计提升前盖 结构刚性,改进尺寸质量。基于 CAE 仿真技术及项目经验,系统分析了问题根源。研究提出 三种改进方案并对其成本、周期及效果进行综合对比,最终确定了一种兼具成本优势与显著 效果的优化方案。该研究不仅解决了某车型前盖下沉问题,还为汽车制造中类似重力下沉缺 陷的优化设计提供了经济高效的解决思路。

Abstract: Addressing the gravity sagging problem of front hood assembly in the trial production phase, this paper aims to enhance structural rigidity and improve dimensional quality through optimized design. Leveraging CAE simulation technology and project experience,this paper systematically investigates the root causes of the problem. Three improvement schemes are proposed and comparatively evaluated in terms of cost, implementation timeline, and effectiveness, ultimately identifying an optimal solution that combines cost efficiency with significant performance enhancement. This research not only resolves the sagging problem of front hood assembly but also provides an economical and efficient solution idea for the optimal design of similar gravity sagging defects in automotive manufacturing.
